You can offer a wide range of tourism and business services on the platform, including vacation accommodations such as apartments, houses, and resorts, as well as car rentals ranging from individual vehicles to full fleets. In addition, restaurants can provide table reservations and special offers, while tour providers can list guided tours, jungle trips, and city walks. You can also promote special vouchers, including discount coupons and daily deals, to attract more customers.

The "Term of Use" is our standard set of regulations that every host agrees to upon registration. It outlines rules regarding quality, fair pricing, cancellations, and how we interact to ensure the best possible experience for the customer.
Packages & Upgrades

Yes, you can upgrade at any time through your Host Dashboard. Once the payment for Premium or Ultimate is processed, the 8% commission will immediately be waived for all your future bookings.

For Basic (max. 10) and Premium (max. 25) packages, you cannot add new listings once the limit is reached. You can either deactivate an existing listing to make room or upgrade to a higher package for more capacity.

The Ultimate package is designed for serious entrepreneurs. In addition to unlimited listings, you receive priority in search results, active promotion on our social media channels, and personalized assistance in optimizing your text and photos for higher conversion rates.
Payments & Commission

For the Basic package, we charge an 8% commission on the total booking amount. This amount is automatically settled or invoiced after a successful transaction. If there is no booking, you pay nothing at all.

No. You pay a fixed fee per quarter or per year. 0% commission is deducted from your bookings made through the platform. The full revenue of your sales belongs to you.

Payments for these packages are made in advance via the available payment methods on the platform (e.g., bank transfer or local Surinamese payment options).
Marketing & Visibility

Once a month, we highlight one of your listings in our Stories on Facebook and Instagram. This creates a temporary surge in visitors to your offerings.
Support

Certainly! We provide a comprehensive manual for Basic and Premium hosts. Ultimate hosts receive personalized support via a direct WhatsApp line, where we assist in reviewing and improving the presentation of their offerings.

Cancellations are handled according to the guidelines set out in our "Term of Use". It is important to review these beforehand so you understand your rights and the rights of the customer.
