Yes! When you subscribe to our Premium or Ultimate plans, we waive all booking commissions. You pay the fixed subscription fee, and every Euro you earn from a booking goes directly to you (excluding standard payment processing fees from providers like Stripe).

Yes. Every host, regardless of their plan, must agree to our "Term of Use" before their listings can go live. This ensures a safe and transparent environment for both hosts and guests. You can find the "Term of Use" checkbox in your Host Dashboard during the listing creation process.

The Verified Badge is available for Premium and Ultimate members. It signals to potential guests that your identity and properties have been vetted by our team, which significantly increases trust and booking conversion rates.

On the Basic plan, there is no subscription fee. However, we charge an 8% commission per booking. This fee is automatically calculated and deducted from the total booking amount before the payout is processed to your account.
